How quickly is merchandise shipped? Merchandise is normally shipped in 5 to 7 business days if in stock (and most items ARE in stock). If not in stock, we can no longer keep track of back orders. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email informing you of the approximate time frame of when we are to receive more of the back ordered item. Items out of stock can no longer be kept as back orders due to the enormous additional handling charges that have occurred so you will need to check back on the date listed to reorder the item.
